Kellogg Mexico
Turning Extreme Heat Into Production Performance
65°C Was Disrupting the Process
At a Kellogg Mexico facility located in one of the world’s hottest cities, the blower room reached temperatures of approximately 65°C (149°F).
This extreme environment created a serious production challenge:
- Production interruptions
- Product plugging
- Unplanned downtime
- Thermal stress on equipment
- Significant potential production losses
Engineer the Climate Around the Process
Servitek Solutions implemented an intelligent industrial climate-control system engineered for extreme-temperature conditions.
Instead of using a conventional water-chiller approach, the system was designed to directly control the extreme thermal environment surrounding the critical process equipment.
A reduction of approximately 38–40°C in the blower-room environment.
The result was a stable, controlled environment around the equipment and production process.
From Extreme Heat to Production Stability
The objective wasn't simply to cool the blower room.
It was to eliminate a thermal condition that was directly affecting production.
By controlling the environment from approximately 65°C down to 25–27°C, Servitek Solutions helped transform a critical production bottleneck into a more stable, energy-efficient operating environment.
We combine intelligent climate control + energy efficiency + process protection to solve extreme industrial temperature challenges where conventional HVAC systems may not be sufficient.
